Overhead Squat (5 – 5 – 5 – 5)
Athletes can choose to do their first rep as a snatch from the ground.

Build to a heavy set of 5.

We’re going to be doing an overhead squat mini cycle for the next couple of weeks. If you can’t perform an overhead squat, we will spend the first couple of weeks working on mobility and positioning with PVC drills, box squats, snatch grip push presses, etc.
