First minute you do 1 and 1. Next minute you do 2 and 2. Third you do 3 and 3, etc.

If you are doing air squats instead of pistols, do 2x the amount.

You go for as long as you can while finishing the required work within the minute.

If you want, you can do extra unbroken Clean and Jerks in the minutes to rack up extra reps, but you always need to do at least the required amount. Score is total reps.
