Warm up:
Run for 3 minutes, inside or out
then, 3 rouunds of:
10 deadlifts, KB
10 russian swings, KB
10 jump & land
20 second pigeon/side

Grab a bar and warm up Power Clean to WOD weight or slightly above. Do this in 5 sets of 2-3 reps. If you’re not using a barbell, you can use dumbbells for this portion.

10 MINUTE TIME LIMIT.
If you’re not using a barbell, do 60 Burpee Box Jumps
