Each pause in your set results in an immediate 5 burpee penalty.

Use a dumbbell to modify snatch.

If you’re unable to snatch do max reps sit ups in 5 minutes.

8 x 250 m row (8 Rounds for reps)
8 x 250 meter row on 3 minutes. Try to maintain your best 1k row pace or faster. Note time for each interval.

If you want want to work on running, do 8 x 300 or 400 meter run on a 3 minute clock. Get at least a minute of rest per round.
